How IHRMANNPLUS GmbH processes your data on the website and in the app.

We collect only what the price calculation requires:
Solely to produce your non-binding cost estimate, the visualisation and the offer, and to answer your enquiry. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
For the cost estimate and the «after» visualisation we transmit your photo and job details to the following processors: Anthropic PBC, USA (photo analysis, list of work items) and OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Ireland, with processing also in the USA (image generation).
Name, phone number and e-mail address are not transmitted to these services: recognised contact details are automatically removed from the free text before transmission. The providers process the content solely to deliver this service on our behalf and, under their contractual commitments, do not use it to train their models. Without this transmission the calculation is technically impossible.
No automated individual decision: the calculated estimate is a non-binding indicative quote. A binding offer is always reviewed and released by an employee of IHRMANNPLUS GmbH. No decision within the meaning of Art. 21 FADP is taken by automated processing alone.

Hosting of our application and database: data centre in Italy (EU). Website delivery and attack protection: Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Payment processing for paid documents: Stripe. Data processing agreements under Art. 9 FADP are in place with all providers; they process data only on our instructions.
Your data is processed primarily in Switzerland and the EU. Transfers to recipients in the USA (Anthropic, Cloudflare, in part OpenAI) are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses recognised by the FDPIC and the EU Commission, supplemented by technical safeguards (encryption in transit, no transmission of contact details). A copy of the clauses is available on request.
We use strictly necessary cookies only: «lang» stores your language choice, «did» is a random device identifier for the daily request limit. Both expire after one year. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; language choice and the request limit will then work with restrictions.
The dictation feature uses Apple speech recognition on your device. No audio is stored on our servers — only the recognised text is transmitted as part of your enquiry.
Photos and calculations: 12 months, then deleted automatically and completely. Technical logs and the IP address stored with an enquiry: 90 days. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months; where a contract is concluded we keep the data as long as the business relationship and statutory retention obligations require.
All transmission is encrypted (TLS). Access to enquiries, photos and logs is restricted to authorised persons and password-protected.
You may at any time request information about the data we process about you, its correction or deletion, and object to processing — a short e-mail is enough; we reply within 30 days, free of charge. No account is created for the website or the app; there is no registration and no login.
If you disagree with our response, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland.
The website and the app contain no ad networks, no cross-app or cross-site tracking and no third-party analytics SDKs.
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this page, bearing the date shown above, is the one that applies.
